Viewing of Vehicle
Interested bidders may view the vehicle at the Deputy County Commissioner’s Compound, Nyandarua North Sub County, during normal working hours. The sale shall be conducted on an “As Is, Where Is” basis.
Conditions of Sale
- Viewing of the vehicle shall be conducted at the indicated site during normal working hours before the closing date.
- Interested bidders are required to pay a refundable deposit of Kshs. 5,000 to obtain a bidding number. Proof of payment must be attached.
- The vehicle shall be sold on an “As-Is-Where-Is” basis.
- The successful bidder shall pay 25% of the purchase price immediately and clear the balance within seven (7) days from the sale date. Failure to comply will lead to forfeiture of the deposit.
- Bids are subject to reserve prices.
- The Deputy County Commissioner reserves the right to reject any bid without assigning reasons.
- All taxes and transfer charges shall be borne by the purchaser.
- Duty has not been paid for the vehicle.
